So? The Supreme Court has a history of bad decisions. Like upholding Roosevelt's right to put American Citizens of Japanese ancestry in internment camps during WW2. Or Roe V Wade which allowed the murder of over 60 million helpless babies---something which challenges and perhaps surpasses Hitler and Stalin's mass murder records .

KOREMATSU V. UNITED STATES (1944)

Korematsu v. United States, 323 U.S. 214 (1944) was a U.S. Supreme Court case that upheld Japanese internment camps. After the attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941, President Franklin Roosevelt issued Executive Order 9066. Executive Order 9066 resulted in the eviction of thousands of Japanese American children, women, and men from restricted areas in the West Coast and held many of them in internment camps in order of preventing the occurrence of war crimes. Fear and uncertainty manifested among the general American public and the government from the attack. Congress and the Executive acted in response of the public’s concern and targeted individuals of Japanese ancestry as potential war threats.

Here's another "victory" by Democrats at the USSC

On Mar 06, 1857: Supreme Court Rules Black People Are Not ...

https://calendar.eji.org/racial-injustice/mar/6

Written by Chief Justice Roger B. Taney, the U.S. Supreme Court's Dred Scott decision held that the Fifth Amendment did not allow the federal government to deprive a citizen of property, including enslaved people, without due process of law.

Having lost the Civil War, Dems have never given up the dream of enslaving the population, one way or the other.

“Evidence from epidemiological studies suggest associations between perfluoroalkyl exposure and several health outcomes including liver damage, increases in serum lipids, thyroid disease, immune effects, reproductive toxicity, and developmental toxicity. The primary health effects observed in laboratory animals are liver, developmental, and immune toxicity.”

Pub Med, a publication of the NIH’s National Library of Medicine, is an amazing resource about:blank Simply search for an individual PFAS by its acronym. For instance, a search for PFOA returns 3,210 results, like this: J Endocrinol Invest 2017 Feb;40(2):105-121. doi: 10.1007/s40618-016-0572-z. Epub 2016 Nov 11. Thyroid disruption by perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS) and perfluorooctanoate (PFOA) F Coperchini 1, et al.

No one should have PFAS in their blood. The toxins don’t break down in our bodies and they typically bioaccumulate. PFAS are a very real threat to the residents of Washington, D.C. The Environmental Working Group says we ought to limit PFAS consumption in water to 1 part per trillion per day.

Is it against the law to deliberately kill people for profit?

Australians are suffering unduly at the moment.

Here is an Australian News Story about Dr Fauci.... whom we know is a best pal of Bill Gates.

Is this why Bill Gates predicted that the next bad thing to hit the human race would be an influenza epidemic ?

Dr Anthony Fauci accused of lying about gain-of-function Wuhan research | news.com.au — Australia’s leading news site

It does a bit strange if you ask me... and co incidental...

Richard Ebright, a molecular biologist at Rutgers University, said the documents – obtained via a Freedom of Information Act request — made it clear that Dr Fauci had been “untruthful” about gain-of-function research.

“The documents make it clear that assertions by the NIH Director, Francis Collins, and the NIAID Director, Anthony Fauci, that the NIH did not support gain-of-function research or potential pandemic pathogen enhancement at WIV are untruthful,” he tweeted.
