I never once said the court shouldn't have any power. It's power in clearly outline in the Constitution. It rules on all cases created by the laws we pass.

I would point out SCOTUS refused to enforce a single subpoena during two impeachment investigations and trials. They see their job as protecting the criminals who put them in office and that's it.

You want to court to have the power to undo generations of law because you know republicans will never have the support to do it in Congress (which is where laws are made and unmade).

The 9th says our rights aren't enumerated and we retain all rights and powers. Needless to say, the document says nothing about rights for any other institution, including "state rights." States, courts, and the government have powers and we can take them away not the other way around.

Your personal attacks on me are childish and meaningless. Take your gibberish to places where you can utter complete nonsense, fail to defend yourself, and expect adoration. You won't find it here.
