The rules, as they are now, allow an outsider such as Donald Trump to lead should he win the votes, but did not allow Bernie to do the same.

So as they are now (and have been for a long while) the GOP is more open and democratic than DNC is.

Dems are too disparate.. what is a Dem ? really ? The US Dems encompass the three main Canadian political parties... Conservatives(Hillary) Liberals (Now Biden once more to the right) and NDP (Bernie)

were I American I would always vote Dem and yet never be happy with my vote although I might have gone GOP agin Hillary ...
