..there may be no returning from it. Here I can walk around, drink coffee or a glass of wine and enjoy. I would have thought I was probably European in my previous life cause I love the food, the building structure, the roads, parks and everything in it... the people, + here people are everywhere. In Europe, people are much freer on the streets than in America. Actually, my S.Side of Chicago.. Polish, Bohemians, Italians + others. The corner stores were the mkts back then.. no supermarkets or malls. No Wonder Bread foods. The produce was more often than not seasonal, all other foodstuffs attainable. But my reality is probably the Chicago of my youth.
