I never fact-checked, because I liked the advice

have serious high cholesterol lunch planned for coming Saturday

got the highlights of the healthier stuff but still missing the leafy (I figure kale) and the oily (avocado, flavoured olive oil) stuff and some cherry tomatoes, and shall get the high cholesterol stuff tomorrow - going to gorge in case the report is bad on Monday :0) One for the road, so to speak


Taiwan melon (I never had, as far as I know)


Sweet granadila (have not the slightest idea whether it is edible)


Pitahaya (unusual but have had)


Guava (common but never had)


Persimmon (is good)


Bamboo (is good)
