If it ain't broke don't fix it :-) But I understand the external working environment can force a change I can see if they are going for lower margin and need to grow, the temptation is to go for a complete technology revamp. There is different ways of scaling though, apart from the highly regimented way the IT department suggests. Can 30 staff do the work of 750? Scary but interesting -g-
