I've been having nothing but trouble with Datek lately, 2 to 3 min fills on market orders or buy limit orders at the ask, a market order that filled at 3/64ths under any other fill at the same time, trying to cancel an order after an unacceptable delay and of course getting the fill after the cancellation was put in. Putting in a market order to sell 2000 shares and getting 50 sold at the current bit, the other 1950 2 1/2 min later at 3/16 less. I'll be moving my account elsewhere soon.

Did you enter the order and the password and then hit confirm? If so, as soon as the order is sent it becomes an open order. Just because you hit stop prior to the page changing to the quote page is irrelevant (forms/submissions data is the first data sent). A quick check on the open order page would've saved you the trouble.
