Takeover rumor. Something bothers me about a takeover rumor and maybe someone can help me with this one.... When I attended the stock holders meeting in early October, I was speaking to one of the officers about the recent secondary that went successfully at $52.75 a share. The stock had briefly dropped to $45 or $46 a week before and his comment to me was that they were prepared to pull the secondary at that level. Remember when the stock soared about $10 or $11 in a few days. Why then would they seriously consider anything less than $52.75. Especially considering the cash reserves, their growing market, growing market share and the best product in the sector. Go figure. The pain just isn't there to bail.
