Further, j represents the number of new "tweaks" on top of the controlled attributes of the lead structure. What unknowns are introduced from unexpected automorphic interaction of the total added tweak space with respect to the existing fixed molecular structure?

The "thoughtful" above is art. That exceeds the purview of ARQl's intent. They need guidance from the lead fabricator to artfully introduce constraint parameters to stay within functionality or within liability. As soon as the ARQL process gets away from this control, they wander into the added value of risk taking, which is not part of the business plan.
