You are not stoss dosing.

Match your dose to what you want your D3 level to equal.

5000 will not help or cure a fly.

My D3 = 160

I take 50,000iu daily which = 1.25 mg daily

D3 should at least = 120 up to 200!

However 200 is the maximum. 120 the minimum.

As PM says 5K is not a stoss dose. It is actually below the recommended levels nowadays and you could raise it upwards of 40-50K IU per day for a few years before you even run a risk of maybe having a high level. A stoss dose is 150,000 K in one dose, followed by 50K iu the following days. How long depends on the reason for doing so.

Tests to determine your D3 levels are fairly easy to access and of moderate cost.

Blood calcium level tests are a bit of a push if you are in a large health care organization. If you trust your doc discuss it with him.

Taking K2/7 is great insurance as the little Japanese maids of carbolized calcitonin line the back streets of our circulatory system trying to lure Ca cations to the bone bars, and Maga insulin cafes to name a few of their fun activities. Just remember that Japanese Maid Bar girls almost never do more than some polite carboxylation They are carboxylated by K2 to gather Ca+. They don't fkn care about your spike protein. It’s the typical 'Japanese-modified' polite version of Korean hostess bars. Now, Korean hostess bars are a totally different story; That can be a super high Keto diet of an exotic nature.
