TCPI- I will buy more like I did in case of TXN and INTC- I will look at fundamentals and try to find how industry analysts are rating this stock. If I find no fundamanetal problem I will consider this as an opportunity to load- when stocks break theu key supports on down side it may take much more long to repair the damage but if story is intact go for accumulation- look at the charts and see if basing has started if you see a basing continues for few months and earning prospects improving go for longs- but Iam not very much into this partcular equity - I hope someone else will give you more specific info- I do not have feel of this stock like I had for INTC and TXN- whishful thinking gives me huge dividends- this is also a important element before initiating long at a bottom when gurus are expecting blood shed- INTC is one example we had suggestions of INTC at 55 and yesterday it briefly touched 90 - it is always picking at the bottom which makes you succesful- I hope you will pick at the most opportune time- be late but catch the trend.
