Central America is full of mindless 13th century thugs. They kidnap boys for fighters, and girls for comfort, and maybe both for drug mules.. Because they can't protect them, parents take those boys and girls by their hands, and walk or ride all the way to the Mexican border, where they sit in covid incubators, waiting for paperwork to be processed, so that they can find safety here.. We can do a lot more good in this hemisphere with whatever troop number you want than we can in Afghanistan.
