I ask the fellow on Yahoo to tell us about himself to lend his rumors a bit more credibility. His response:

"All I can say is im an ex stockbroker from the New York area.
I only picked up WCII at 33 a couple days ago. I have own WCII in the past. The rumors are 48-50 dollars a share in 3 to 4 weeks. And believe it."
