This is nothing new.We put up with stock being bled out from a past partner(thats over).,remember the gandolf shares that drove us down to under 3 in the early part of last year, and insider stock well your talkin' between 1-1.5 million shares that came out last year.We survived. Now to get more out of the way just means when things start to pop we will have less resistance on the way up. Jimmie crack corn and I dont care. One nice thing about not being nasdaq, is that i cant get in to trouble with margin calls(been there done that no fun).ggg

Vic, agreed with our assessment that these are warrant holders dumping into the market and doing short term damage. I think these might be from the original 3.1 mil newly registered from the s1. The amended s1 has another couple million to convert but I didn't think the clock started on them until March 1st. I guess i might be wrong with the timing. Interesting, there are at least 3 blocks of 10,000 and 20,000 at $4.43 and one 10,000 at $4.50. I think the last was a buy.
