Why would determining if the image of your stock certificate is a proper reflection of the original be construed as an attempt to tank this stock???

Are you saying that any malfeasance on your part would result in this company shares tanking?? Do you really think that you are that important??

For the record, are you willing to state that you did not alter that cert?
Do you in fact have a certificate in your name for 17270 shares, isssued Dec 23, l997 ? Why did you remove it from your web site?

For the record can you prove "This latest round of attacks is nothing more than a planned game set forth by Mike Kugler"
