Thanks for the correction...yes, 9th Amendment -- the one you reference constantly without naming it. Ya know, the one you think reserves to the people the 18th century right to an abortion and gay marriage. I support both rights, but I know the source. Those of us who have studied the law know there is an Article 9, but that's in the UCC. From here, I'll just let you spew non-sense like your older chum. No point in trying to correct a young know-it-all or an older one. Carry on.
