Hi Whipsaw! You might want to read Bonnie's comments on the BEARX thread: exchange2000.com She has become disillusioned with Tice. BEARX is still one of my major holdings and I hope to be vindicated one of these days.

I sold out of BEARX about 5% ago..I was concerned about the plunge protection team insisting that the inflation be taken out one stock at a time while supporting the index...in this case BEARX will never make money. It seems that Greenspan and Rubin are engineering the markets, they have expressed their concern about the effect that rapid decline in equities and property have on the economy. A stupid bear is a dead bear. 5-10% volatility may be all we get for a long time.
