I'm luckier, I just bought in on New Year's Eve @ 18.125.

Actually, what I did was buy a basket full of high techs that had secondary offerings in the last half of last year which were down substantially from the secondary offering price. My reasoning was that they were all well positioned with cash on their books to withstand the Asian problems. Plus, of course, I did normal DD on each. I'm happy to report that most are up substantially from my purchase price, nearly 30% on average. SPCT, HMTT and FSII are my laggards...I don't see any reason why SPCT won't jump up with the rest, just a matter of time IMO. It's moving a little today.
