Vantage Partners is a Venture Capital firm based out of California. If memory serves me correctly, I believe they manage about $200 million, of which 85% of that is invested in private firms and the rest in public.

Dow Jones Newswires -- February 5, 1998 VantagePoint Group Lowers Osicom Tech Stake To 6.1% Dow Jones Newswires WASHINGTON -- A group including VantagePoint Venture Partners 1996 reduced its stake in Osicom Technologies Inc. (FIBR) to 6.1%. In a filing Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the group said it sold 517,000 common shares between Jan. 15 and Jan. 22 at prices ranging from $4.28 to $6.25 per share, and now has 1.16 million shares of Santa Monica, Calif., company.
