Was going to note it more carefully, at the start of this exchange, that the issue today appears it is a "possibly transitory" use of "Twitter Logic"... or "truth inflation"... people asserting statements they wish others to simply accept as true without questioning, while presenting made up data in graphical form to support ahistorical explanations as "proofs"... European inflation between 1530 and 1660 occurred during a period of few epidemics and high temperatures, and those temperatures favoured agricultural production in European climates. The Maunder Minimum (1645 - 1715) occurred within the Little Ice Age, (1400's - 1800's) a long period of lower-than-average European temperatures.
