To All: I agree that weekly updates are not required or desirable at this time. I do, however, feel that two significant events have passed without an announcement from the company. 1) The JL agreement was extended. Previously an extension was announced from the company. For all we know (other than rumors or word of mouth) the agreement could be cancelled due to lack of action by Naxos. 2) Fred Arkoosh has left management. This is normally something that companies announce. It is material. This does not take much effort to report, but it does seem significant to avoid reporting on it. It is troublesome that these things are not reported and with an explanation. It seems companies (in accordance with US securities regulations) would be required to report this. BGM
