I am guessing that the trade war, rather than the pandemic, has much to do with the 'semiconductor shortage' yes I believe so... and trade war has much to do with partnership reticence... China stepped ove rline in playground sand... and bully is scared I really think Mr. Biden is gonna severely fcup up even more on FP reminds me of when I was sourcing new hardware for big client.. IBM guy has unmitigated gall to literally say .. after I mention competitor hardware stats.. Well do you want IBM or speed and efficiency ? IBM did not get the deal :) very much the SAP software approach BTW...
