You posted this on the aol board also, but in both places you say you spoke to this company. Which company, Damex news letter or ACCY? Nobody with the name you gave (I believe-John Dennis) has been affiliated with ACCY. Nobody on either board has ever mentioned his name, as ever having spoken to him, including myself, and I have called ACCY in the area of twenty five to thirty times . Are you, possibly, one of the market makers???? Have not seen your name on either of the boards until today.

>>Shares outstanding? "16.7 Million." (Oops, looks like some bulls here were off by 10MM shares.)

"We think the float is up to 6 million now." (Oops - float has tripled over the 2MM cited here earlier? So insiders sold 4 million shares to make a few pennies?)

"11 million shares are restricted."

I ask, "for how long?"

"One year."<<

Can anyone say "fishy?" Either our wonderful newsletter or the company is not telling us the truth. Another 10MM shares out and triple the float!! Hmmmm......

Of course then one has to ask if there are indeed 16.7 (did someone conveniently leave out the digit "1" when writing 6.7?) and 11 million are restricted, that would leave a maximum of 5.7MM in the float, assuming the unlikely event that insiders held no unrestricted shares. Even so, the 5.7MM would be less than the 6MM the company stated was in the float. At least these guys could get together on whatever the story is they want to tell!!

Somebody needs a math course. Of course, now the volume makes more sense.
