I sure expect something, but maybe I'm in dreamland. If you were a company and went out of business, wouldn't you have the decency to send a letter to all shareholders and apologize (at the least) and tell them if there is any money left over to give back to the shareholders?

I called the president of the company last summer and he told me that some board was deciding on what to do... which plan of liquidation to go with, but that was months ago and there hasn't been any notification of any kind. Do Canadian companies live by different rules? Maybe I'll try to call the company again.
