>>>I sold 600 shares of CYMI for $17 something<<<

Well, if you picked them up for about 15, that's not a bad trade. But I can understand why you might feel nervous and anxious to drop them at a profit, as soon as possible. The stock had been getting killed since August by the shorts. Considering Cymer's market and competitive position, I could never understand how its stock could be beaten down to such a degree.

Pre-split, my target to sell 75% of my position was at 100 for a 66% profit, since I had been buying from 60 on up last Summer. 500 shares of my CYMI position were purchased at 90! Then 4 days later the stock crashed to 72...then 60...etc. Now post-split I'm sitting on 3600 @ avg 31.5 -- so I'm still hurting. I think I'll start turning a profit by Q3 this year. I'm looking for 40 to 50 (old highs) by year-end.
