No public news -- just as there was no public news when the stock started to moved upward at about this time last week.

Obivously the stock is WAY over priced at these levels. I see it approaching 0 in the next few weeks.

When sellers outnumber buyers, the price is going to fall.

Pretty simple statement, but when you're talking about an illiquid stock like ANCR, two or three sells in a row without buying pressure can drop the stock temporarily like a rock. Likewise, the same thing can happen the other way.

Unfortunately, it's so illiquid that if we all chose to sell within 15 minutes of each other the stock price would go to zero in a hurry.
