Justin, Reggie just isn't taking advantage of the cool new preview mode here with spell checking. He meant to say "slice and dice", as when Compaq threatened to fragment and fracture the integrity and uniformity of the Windows experience, by removing the sacred icon. This was sufficiently offensive and disrespectful of Microsoft's intellectual property that Microsoft had to threaten Compaq with the death penalty.

He'll have to take up the matter with Donahoe, who found it quite amusing that the contempt thing ended up being settled over the issue of the silly ICON. I guess it's one of those context things. Consistency, the hobgoblin of small minds and all that.

Cheers, Dan.

You cannot order the SGI OS with its WAN code removed as "an option", and you cannot order it with the GUI customized to your liking, ie. remving the IE icon.
