But almost all people who are double vaxxed have antibodies and will be seropositive on any test. And the immunocompromised make up the rare exceptions, but you already know they need to be treated because they're immunocompromised. It is the very old, 75 year olds with way too much residual covid mortality risk in a breakthrough infection, who will undoubtedly be seropositive even before they are infected, but there needs to be some metric to say they need or don't need treatment. Or just approve giving it based on age!
