The reverse split is definitely a factor. Can anyone elaborate on why reverse split is bad for Alanco. I am all for reducing the number of shares if that is what it takes to stay listed. So what if earning per share will be meaningless although positive. It is no better or worse than the eps now. Well, I have 7500 shares at an average cost of 74 cents. I won't add anymore to my position. Just think, I bought my first 500 shares when this stock was 2 bucks!!! what was i thinking

John: The requirements to remain listed can be found at financialweb.com

As far as the reverse split, it is possible, but not likely. The reason being is that Mr. Maley went on record by saying this was only a rumor. The question is, would he risk his credibility by making such a statement if he didn't know of any other option(s)? What those options are, he didn't specify.

If a reverse split does occur, and he has dreams of remaining the CEO, he can forget it. Credibility and just plain out poor management is why the other two CEOs are gone. Why would Mr. Maley risk being put in that situation? Just my opinion and observation.
