I have discovered that thread....silver could be a very powerful commodity
as we go forward from here. Used a lot in the new teck industries.
Also mining was shut down years ago for the lack of profits.
If the price stays up and is sustained old mines will be brought back...it is
a fairly common mineral. Then the cycle will start all over again.

Buffet's purchase is interesting. WSJ on thursday..."Mr. Buffett made his
first purchase of silver in *anticipation* of the metals demonetization
by the US government more then 30 years ago."

Wonder if there is a hidden agenda in Buffet's silver choice...hmmmmm
MY Pick --- it has something to do with currencies and stablizing the value
of Berkshire Hathaway.

You wander all over these threads...and present an eclectic view of the
