The covid vaccines are designed to be whole body vaccines. The mRNA or double stranded DNA molecule contained in the vaccine will distribute freely throughout the body via blood vessels and the lymph system, so all cells the vaccine particles come in contact with will absorb the spike protein manufacturing molecule and start making spike protein. The spike protein design has a hydrophilic end (water miscible) and a hydrophobic end (lipid miscible). The hydrophobic end is designed to insert itself into a lipid bilayer (otherwise known as a cell membrane). So all cell membranes of cells that have been infected by the vaccine will have spike proteins imbedded in their cell membranes. North American doctors have confirmed this in autopsies of vaxed people. The immune system will target cells displaying spike protein on their outer cell membranes with destruction, deeming them foreign cells. North American doctors have confirmed this with tissue slides of large scale inflammation in vaxed people. I have seen no scientific papers that describe what happens next. It is possible that the immune system starts ignoring the spike protein (thinking spikes are "self") so that it does not destroy all the cells in the body that are displaying spikes, but otherwise functioning well. If that is the case, subsequent infections by covid will ignore the spike protein and only become stimulated to attack the covid infection when the immune system encounters other proteins from the covid virus. I wish that we had the option of taking a more traditional vaccine against the covid virus, one that was derived from multiplying the virus, inactivating the virus, grinding it up and injecting it. This would have allowed the immune system to activate itself to attack many more covid viral proteins than just a spike protein, and would make the vaccine more effective at clearing all the variants. It also would allow the vaccine to target the virus without damaging all of the cells in our body that are uninfected and functioning properly.
