Look at the explanation in reply 109, Stuart. Most often this is orchestrated between two parties (illegally) where they cross the stock back and forth to provide the illusion of a vastly declining market when in fact it is the same stock that is being crossed. This causes panic with other shareholders who then dump the stock, and the "downticker" then picks up a large position at panic prices.

I do not know if this has taken place or if someone has just decided to get out. I can't see the latter as anyone that has had a significant position to make the big trades is known to me and I have had assurances from all those that I know, that they are not selling.

A good way of countering this is if enough shareholders build a strong bid base just below the trading level, it would take a considerable effort (not the $0.42 we saw yesterday to swing the price) for someone to eat through it and affect the price.

Hopefully, the panic selling is over and we can see our stock move up to reflect some of the real value that is here. Most of our shareholders are in the stock for the long term and aren't concerned about the dips and bumps along the way. These people catch the unsuspecting and novice investor that can be easily frightened or is not interested in the long term growth.

Regards,

JBS
