Have to disagree about PENgr, his original downside target for NE was 29 if I recall correctly. Not only that, he was looking for just a correction. He sold some of his position at the top (top is relative. Ne is back to where he sold it.) In DEC, he actually sold out completely (arguably the bottom) and went short. As the stocks dropped, he continually revised his targets downward. Doesn't take a real genius for this.

It is kinda funny that we're even discussing this. He's just a petrol engr not a student of the mkt. It concerns me that as a petrol engr, he was so ready to throw his own industry out the window, and now just as suddenly is back hyping them again. Let's take NE for example: He liquidated most of his position around 30.(I remember because I was shaking my head at the time) Today he comes out w/ BUY BUY BUY, NE is 29.5. You make the call?
