Cinders and Chief-on-the-Floor...It is getting a little late for verbal brawling - the TSE KRY looks like it wants to crack $8 today and Amex is bid 5 3/8 and looking to go higher...Yikes! If this is what you base your concept of legality on, I really don't know why we are wasting our time discussing this. In my book, illegal is anything that breaks the law of the land. Period. The fact that 'deals like this occur on a regular basis' does not make them right. The reason that all of these lawsuits "look bad" is because nobody goes out and sues people for "barren" ground. Geez, what's that word I'm looking for in response to this ... hmmmm ... oh yeah! *DUH!* You seem to be hung up on 'good guys', 'bad guys', 'evil empire' and name calling in general. I COULD CARE LESS! Comprende? All I am saying is that IN THIS CASE, KRY is in the right and PDG are a load of scumbags. I absolutely fell to the floor, my wife had to perform mouth to mouth to bring me around!! Glad I could get you some action with your wife. :-) Look, I am comfortable with my cojones and I have no problem being man enough to admit when someone knows more than me. This is how we learn.
