Cinders and Chief-on-the-Floor...It is getting a little late for verbal brawling - the TSE KRY looks like it wants to crack $8 today and Amex is bid 5 3/8 and looking to go higher...Yikes! Could something be afoot? Smoke the peace pipe, invoke the spirits of a quick DD at the KRY reference page,

gocities.com

and, hopefully, get off the pot and get on board! Good Luck.

Not necessary. Government will be onside with KRY when this thing is all over. Parties already know, more or less, how much gold is on the property so there should be no surprises.

... then obviously MEM felt that Mael's position wasn't as "solid" as was thought albeit "at the time". This does not produce the "criminal mind" that is the "flavour" at the moment.

MEM knew full well how solid Mael's position was (and conversely, how weak theirs was). The Supreme Court told them so in no uncertain terms! They chose to ignore the Supreme Court anyway. So yes, this DOES produce a corrupt (if not criminal) mind. It also produces a very nasty constitutional crisis.

"PM Mulroney" (puke)

Finally! Something we positively and absutively agree on!

Illegal? according to "international fair play" YES, according to the "book of greed" NO.

Talk about semantics! If this is what you base your concept of legality on, I really don't know why we are wasting our time discussing this. In my book, illegal is anything that breaks the law of the land. Period. The fact that 'deals like this occur on a regular basis' does not make them right.

The reason that all of these lawsuits "look bad" is because nobody goes out and sues people for "barren" ground.

Geez, what's that word I'm looking for in response to this ... hmmmm ... oh yeah! DUH!

You seem to be hung up on 'good guys', 'bad guys', 'evil empire' and name calling in general. I COULD CARE LESS! Comprende? All I am saying is that IN THIS CASE, KRY is in the right and PDG are a load of scumbags.

I absolutely fell to the floor, my wife had to perform mouth to mouth to bring me around!!

Glad I could get you some action with your wife. :-)

Look, I am comfortable with my cojones and I have no problem being man enough to admit when someone knows more than me. This is how we learn. Keep it coming ... I love to learn.

Have a nice day.

Ciao.
