Question: If a company acquires CVUS pre-auction, can they leverage CVUS' pioneer preference? Or is CVUS completely out of the auction now, and there's now way to do that.

Probably a stupid question, but I don't know:

Could the same radios, antenaes (antenii?), switches, etc, be used to broadcast at 28 GHz at the same time they're broadcasting 38 GHz? Or would you need an entire parallel network?

Either way, I don't think WinStar would be interested. And I'm sure that CVUS is not thought of as a competitor. The only competitor for these CLEC's at this time is the incumbant Baby Bell.
