I am very surprised that Avocado toast is so low on that chart.
Did this guy only consider avocadoes grown in his own back yard (not another continent) and watered by mother nature (not pumped from a large river)?
Pasta is super high on the list (wheat input?), but bread isn't?

Something stinks with the data used to make that chart.
JMHO.
