Thanks Joe. Clears up a lot of expectations, so to speak. Key is that it helps the company more so than the shareholders. We may not benefit so much directly, but in the long run, anything that strengthens DCI ultimately will help us.

Damn. Who would have ever thought that we would see this stock dip below $2 again. Strange days.

Joe,

I don't understand the following statement from your post::

"4 The minimum purchase amount is $50,000.00. There is one exception to
some of these rules but the maximum amount of shares DCI could
repurchase would be only 5000 per week"

Only 5000 shares per week? Assuming an average volume of 250K per week (50K per day), 5000 shares is only 2% of the total. That won't have any effect on price.

It's impossible to have a minimum trade of $50K for a maximum shares of 5K shares for a $2.00 stock.

Non comprehende (?).

Joe --

Thanks for that response. I also need a further explanation of point #4 as Dan has requested in post 4332. Does this mean that the 105,000 shares mentioned by Joe in his recent post where mostly purchased off market? Thanks Again
