Sounds like good reasoning to me. That is exactly what I had been saying. P/E really means nothing without taking future expectations. There are several areas that CSCO is undervalued. It just depends on what one is looking at.

The stellar part is the "30-50%" remark and the "gaining market share in almost every area" remark. In addition to overcoming Ascend for the number one spot in that area. Also, the funds are having to reinvest from last quarters repositioning which has somewhat of a driving effect on the supply/demand of the stock.
