alpha is part of the plan...I listed that plenty of times.

service and support was one 1..maybe all the cash they milk dec for no 2..
alpha is in there.
they even need some of the dec plants.
the lawsuit gives them alpha and intel chips at cheap prices.

MB, six months ago Forbes had an article saying that they thought a CPQ, DEC merger would be a perfect mix, yadda yadda yadda. Personally, have no clue, but think CPQ has had a fairly good strategy the last few years. (in hindsight; thought they were dead meat a year and a half ago).
