Hi Steven:

I agree that it is unlikely that Winstar or Teligent would be
interested in CVUS. However, in addition to the Baby Bells,
Comcast or an Internet service provider might be interested.

As far as CVUs's LMDS expertise is concerned, it would only
be of value to other LMDS operators. I have read enough reports
from engineers at HP, British Telecom, Bosch Telecom (formerly TI),
or Bellcore to be certain that in depth LMDS expertise is
widely available among LMDS equipment providers. Specifically,
British Telecom tested LMDS delivery of TV signals in England
in the early 90s, TI tested its system in Brazil, and HP
has done experiments in San Jose, CA. Bossard's patents might have
some marginal value, but they are not essential for anybody.

My gut feeling is that a buyout deal may have already been struck.
I expect that the price will be around the IPO price.

Best regards,

Bernard Levy
