Hi Rim, Any off hand knowledge about the composition of this SPDR? Does it lean commercial or residential? I have no doubt there will be surplus commercial property after offices get rightsized with some/many working from home - especially if they accept reasonable pay reductions. I know of a large law office in Chicago that only gave bonusses to those who came into the office. Rail fees and/or mileage costs PLUS parking expense = real costs either incurred or avoided. Those who avoided it, got a relative reduction in pay. Suspect more of that in the future. TIA and excellent post! Bob
