Was looking at WTIC longterm this morning. It is at a very key area of LT resistance.

If the dollars blows upward, and it could, my bet is WTIC won't blow through. OTOH if dollar tanks, WTIC should push on through.

It is like everything is kind of jammed, should not be too long for a resolution.

Bull there is chart after chart these days that are full of gaps, back down to the last low. Including DVN.

Are you a gap believer .... i.e. what you make of this?
