Okay - progress. I think I understand now. It's a bubble - like Enron or the Dot Com boom or the Robinhood AMC short squeeze. The blockchain is public but the names are not - however if I spend $1,230,484,268.64 on the blockchain - there aren't going to be a lot of candidates for who that might be. Bitcoin is slow... slow... slow. It is not a currency but a store of value. Credit cards are for all intents and purposes currency and a store of debt.

I'm not sure how we assess this from a policy POV but I'll accept that - should we have a disclaimer "don't invest if you can't afford to lose everything?" That applies to dollars in mattresses. And my Schwab account has that in a number of places.
