But why is the car going to have the wrong engine unless blockchain is involved? That is IMHO part of the problem with crypto. There are all these talking heads running around claiming the sky is falling unless blockchain is deployed to save the day. Yet for all the hype, blockchain isn't being deployed everywhere, other than for coin mining. Yet average clueless investor feels the vibe and knows that with these astonishing potentials, its time to get on the train and embrace the future! Which is why crypto as a bubble will last longer than tulip bulbs were a reliable store of wealth. But at some point people wake up. Think about VR/AR hype from a few years back. What went wrong?
