MSFT was allowed to force people to buy/use their OS and products when selling computers, such an advantage that NO ONE could compete with them and create/sell a better product.....because of this Windows(microsoft) is now dominant in OS/software

Yes, poor little old IBM was pushed around by big bully Microsoft and not allowed to develop and sell OS/2. Poor little old AT&T was pushed around by big bully Microsoft and not allowed to develop and sell Unix.

Novell Netware operating system being sold bundled
with Netscape Browser, without the buyers permission.

Didn't the Justice Department forbid Microsoft from doing
the same thing? Is our government qualified to make this
distinction? Does the U.S. Government prefer Netscape?
