George,

Hard to believe that people are still selling! If the sellers are flippers, they are most likely losing money at the moment. From Dec 8 - Jan 22 the stock traded between 1.75-2.03 (but mostly close to 2.00) and there seemed to be a lot of shares going there for a while in that time period (I would say 3+ million).

Anyways, the stocks seems to be drifting down .03 for every 1-3K shares trading at the bid.

last: 1.93 -.28
bid: 1.90
ask: 1.96
vol: 131,700

George, I agree with you on the close your eyes and hold method (if you strongly believe in the Company that is). Last May I bought NASI for $4. It was a great Co. that I was planning on being long in. Three months later it jumped to $10. I got shaky and sold, thinking it would drop back down quickly. I just checked it five minutes ago...$27 1/4. Oy!

Anyway, as hard as it is sometimes to hold, I will remain in DCTC for as long as it takes, buying when I can on the dips (like this morning). I just have to stop checking the quote every 2 minutes (I think every 4 minutes is reasonable though).

I took advantage of this dip to open an account at Dean Witter for my 15 month old little girl. I wonder if she is now the youngest DCTC share holder?

Adios
John

George, I can go much more recent. I owned FTEL last year. I sold when it ran up to $5. I meant to buy back but didn't. It was at $1.87 and I told myself I would buy soon. A few days later it started moving up. It moved so fast, I didn't want to chase it. I think it topped out at about $14 in about two or three weeks before heading down again. Of course, micro caps were hot then. Now they aren't. They could turn hot again anytime. No one knows when. The reason I wasn't so eager to jump back into FTEL, I just didn't have as much confidence in them as I do DCI. I hope I am proved right in the end. Only time will tell.
