The way to deal with Sinema is to get the voters in Arizona to deliver the message. Senators respond to their voters, especially in states like AZ. They do polling, not just measuring the loud noise of internet activists and ideologues mostly outside their states. How do you think douches like Ted Cruz stay in power? Because the voters put him there and keep him there, with their support of his policies. We can complain and shame Sinema all we want from the west or east coast. It may make us feel good in our own echo machine. It won't affect Sinema (or Manchin) unless they are running for President. The voters need to do the job. We can try to convince AZ voters to overwhelm Sinema with support for the bills.
