Knight,
I'm not sure that I understand your question. Are you asking if the equipment is used? Or is the use of this type of equipment new to the mining industry in general? Either way, I'm not sure.

As far as the set-up is concerned, I remember from the roadshow at FL that Matt W. said it would require some assembly, but that it was not a large or difficult task to do so. The building itself is already erected.

I believe the equipment is being purchased from the manufacturer so I assume it is new. As they say on Xmas gifts, 'some assembly required. As Mark says there is already a building on site that will be used.

If your second question is not whether this is used equipment but wether this type of equipment has previously been used for this purpose. In other words, is this experimental equipment designed for this purpose or standard equipment with a performance track record. My belief is that this is not specially designed equipment and in fact has been previously used for this type of purpose. At least that is what I believe from when I have discussed it with IR.
