I know how politics work. Let me show you.' We begin with one basic fact. Americans want the Biden agenda by huge majorities. Nearly 50% of republican voters want more infrastructure spending. So, how do we get it? If I were advising the Squad I'd tell them to default on the debt (since every republican in both Houses says they'll do it). When everything collapses, republican donors will tell them to do their jobs and vote for it. Then the Squad takes absolute power. It refuses to lift the debt ceiling until both infrastructure bills are passed. They'll pass quickly. At that point, AOC takes down Pelosi and become Speaker. The Squad lifts the debt ceiling. As for purple districts, it's like everything else. They want to see strength, not prissy stuff from Manchin. If Manchin leaves the party during all this (after all his committees are taken away) it wouldn't matter since the debt ceiling would be for a few months and then we do it again and again and again. Congress is broken, We fix it.
