Yes, still here. I did say goodbye, but when a couple of the resident fools started attacking my credibility, I felt impelled to return and defend myself. And continue to ask questions about things that just don't make sense.

Besides, this melodrama has its moments, and there are things to be learned here in regard to human nature.

If and when I become convinced the audited financials will show .11 eps/share (after taxes and expenses, of course), I may take a small position, since I think we could see a quick bounce when this info is made public. However, longer term, the specter of added dilution disturbs me.

Brad suggests that since the shares will be restricted, it should not effect the price. However, that is just not so, since the additional shares will be calculated into the eps figure which, after all, is the primary basis for the stock price.
